As part of Unilever’s Making Sustainable Living Commonplace, the employees of Unilever and their families participated in the International Coastal Cleanup to help clean the Vessigny Beach in South Trinidad to set the example for others that we need to make a difference in our communities. Together we removed items like beverage bottles (glass and plastic), bottle caps, plastic bags, food wrappers and cigarette butts.
Our employees and their families showed dedication and team work while spending valuable time on this important cause. We appreciate their commitment and passion for trash free seas. The key to make a better world is in the small things we do!
We ended the day with some Face painting, kite flying and football.
